Is AquaCalc for Business free?
It is free to start. Every shop begins on the free Community plan — core calculators and articles to embed, with no card, no trial and no per-view charge. Advanced features like white-label branding, usage analytics, client tank records and website monitoring are on the paid plans.
What do the paid plans cost?
Starter is £9/month, Pro £24/month and Partner £59/month (with a discount if you pay annually). The free Community plan stays free. See the plans above — you can start free and upgrade any time from your portal.
Do I need a developer to add it?
No. You paste a single line of code into your page — no plugins, no build step. It works with WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace and any site where you can add an HTML block.
Will it match my website's look?
Yes. Choose light, dark, or inherit your visitor's own setting, and the tools re-colour to suit your page. They carry a subtle “AquaCalc, working with [your shop]” line rather than a big badge.
Can other sites use my licence key?
No. Your key is domain-locked — the embeds only run on the websites you approve, and you verify that you own your domain. You can also add optional two-factor login.
Do you collect my customers' data?
No personal data. We record anonymous load counts (filtered to real visitors, excluding bots) so your dashboard can show how often each tool and article is used — nothing that identifies a customer.
Can I add more tools later?
Absolutely. Request any tool or the article library from the Plans tab in your portal; we approve it and it appears on your site automatically. Need help? Raise a ticket on the Support tab.
Who keeps the tools and content accurate?
We do. Every calculator and care guide is science-backed and maintained by AquaCalc — when we improve something, your embedded copy updates too, with nothing for you to do.
